Corporate Informational System Vector (CIS)

The CIS Vector is designed for higher education institutions, including those having a network of subsidiary branches. Its big advantage is that it has been thoroughly tried in six state and non-state higher education institutions and in more than seventy of their subsidiary branches.

The CIS Vector includes software modules, each having logically independent functional constituent that makes it possible to adapt the System to the needs of a specific higher education institution. The System can be installed in a department or in a medium-sized higher education institution as well as in the corporate network of a large educational centre with numerous branches within quite big area.

Data exchange between subsidiary education centres with their leading institution does not depend on the Internet availability in the former ones or their on-line connection with the latter. The software modules are based on a single technological principle and have standard and fully transparent user interface. A number of functions (including electronic training, academic planning, remote access to the higher education centre resources and many more) are based on web technologies.

Documents circulation is managed through the University website, functioning on the basis of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.

On the hardware level the CIS Vector compatibility with Entrance/Passing Control Administration guarantees higher level of University security and ensures sophisticated students/employees entrance/passing.

In 15 University education centres there has been deployed and tested a video data system conjoined with the CIS Vector.

Multi-purpose hardware-controlled complex for signal transformation and processing in telecommunications systems

Video and audio data hardware compression board has been developed on the basis of modern media processor TMS320DM642 (600Htz/720z), video decoder switch TVP5154 (Texas Instruments Inc.) and 16-bit sound endecs TLV320AIC20. The board supports most widespread algorithms in the field of safe-passage television H.263 and H.264.

Electronic Monitoring and Logging System (EMLS) with remote Internet access possibility that allows to develop professional CCTV systems on the basis of RosNOU AV 6-24 board and a PC.

Secure Video Conferencing System (SVCS) has been used to develop distance learning system, managing RosNOU subsidiary branches and setting-up of an internal University telephoning network.

Intellectual Safety Server (ISS) is an autonomous digital-to-analogue converter having following main modules of:

  • managing integrated safety systems, interacting with outer devices on the basis of the RISC-processor;
  • multimedia data processing on the basis of the DSP-processor and PLIS.

The biggest advantage of the ISS is that, being rather compact, it combines numerous systems:

  • traditional security systems of fire, biometric and other protection sensors as well as personnel and transport monitoring systems (the so-called electronic bracelet);
  • sophisticated CCTV and audio monitoring systems;
  • internal telephoning network and video conference systems;
  • communicator with various communication standards support systems (Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi, GSM; radio communication in permitted frequencies, etc);
  • building infrastructure control server (smart building and smart home/domotics technologies).

Telesecurity and telecontrol system

The radio channel network system of centralized protection, monitoring and control Integral-R is intended for controlling spatially located objects of protection (people, vehicles, animals) with digital data radio channel transfer of their location and state, and control signals transfer.

Acoustic suppressor

AS is based on the model of acoustic signal, which allows getting highly accurate predictions of its development in a short period of time. Thus essential decrease of total acoustic noises and interferences within a protected area (University premises, negotiations and recreation facilities, vehicles, etc) is achieved.

Voice signature (VS) technologies

It is a way of marking human information carrier with its subsequent verification by converting noise signal into graphic images. The re-transforming of the graphic images into audible speech does not affect recognizability of the recorded voice and the legibility of speech, and confirms key information of the protected document.

Ultraclean multi-layer carbon nanotubes synthesis mrthod

The working-out of RosNOU Carbon Nanomaterials Laboratory

There has been developed a low-temperature catalytic method of obtaining new material carbon nanotubes (CNT).

The method is based on transforming of carbon-containing gases (methane, propane, butane, carbon dioxide and monoxide) into new compositional materials carbon nanotubes (CNT).

Nanotubes can have electroconductive, semiconductive and magnetic qualities.

CNT are used successfully to make compositional materials with different characteristics. A special feature of the technology is that it does not contain soot that excludes the refinement/cleaning strage (the material is more than 98% clean).

Genetic engineering

A series of experiments has been carried out to study the possibilities of using carbon multi-layer nanotubes as microcarriers of genetic material into plants cells.

As a result a high level of transient genetic expression gfp has been discovered every time the given experiment was repeated. Also, possibilities of using carbon multi-layer nanotubes; there was more even luminescent spots distribution on the explants surface. Moreover the experiments have demonstrated the possibility of using carbon multi-layer nanotubes as microcarriers of genetic material into plants cells. This technology, compared with the traditional using of gold and tungsten particles, has a number of strong points and advantages.

Materials modified by CNT

There has been elaborated an experimental technology of making cement mortar and concrete modified by highly clean CNT to produce reinforced concrete in construction industry.

Laboratory testing of this technology proved that using carbon nanomaterials increases strength and durability of the product by no less than by 20% as well as their water-resistance; it decreases their relative shrinkage no less than by 30% all these without any significant increase in their prime cost.

Cardiocode is many times more informative than any modern method of cardiodiagnostics; it registers parameters of each of the ten phases of the heart functioning, which allows doctors to predict pathological developments at early stages of a disease.

Cardiocode designed in accordance with the discovery by V.B. Alexeyev, V.A. Zernov, S.A. Matsuk, M.Yu.Rudenko (No 290, July 5, 2005) gives new perspective on the blood-flow in major blood vessels.

The endoecological trend in remedial and health-improvement medicine has been elaborated by Prof. Yu.M. Levitin, the Russian Government and the Lifelong Profession prize winner. This new medical branch is all about cells environment in the human body and is directed at driving toxins out of it.

The endoecological rehabilitation is good both for sick people, who need to get rid of toxins and ensure effectiveness of the treatment, and for practically sound as their personal preventive measures and health improvement programme.
