International prospective students can apply for Bachelor and Specialist programmes at Russian New University either with the records of passing the Unified State Exams (USE) or by taking entrance exams conducted online/in person by Russian New University:
- If the prospective student has the USE results, he or she only needs to submit the required documents to the Admission Committee within the established deadlines.
- If the prospective student has not taken the USE, he or she needs to submit the required documents to the Admission Committee and then take entrance exams conducted by the University. The entrance examinations consist of multiple-choice questions (test questions) just like USE questions.
To apply the prospective student needs to submit:
- a copy of passport;
- a copy of education document (certificate of complete secondary education, diploma of secondary vocational education etc.).
If these documents are not in the Russian language, it is necessary to submit their notarized translation as well.
Apart from that, graduates of foreign educational institutions are required to undergo the procedure of recognition of foreign education documents (nostrification). This procedure is carried out by Main State Center for Education Evaluation.
Citizens of the countries listed below can apply for state-financed tuition spots at Russian New University:
- Belarus;
- Kazakhstan;
- Kyrgyzstan;
- Tadjikistan.
Citizens of other countries can apply to Russian New University only on a fee-paying basis.
