RosNOU’s Institute of Economics, Management and Finance (prev. the Finance and Economics Faculty) was established in 1995. It received the status of the University’s Institute in 2018.

The educational process at the Institute of Economics, Management and Finance aims chiefly at providing students with profound knowledge in core disciplines. The programs curricula were designed in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards for higher education (FSES HE).

The Institute of Economics, Management and Finance consists of four Departments:

• Department of Economics; 
• Department of Finance and Banking; 
• Department of State and Municipal Management; 
• Department of Customs.
