For the first-year students enrolled in 2023-24, there are 150 housing spots available.
Housing spots at RosNOU dormitory are available to the following categories of students:
Nonresident full-time students who enrolled in budget places will be accommodated primarily in the dormitory, subsequently – nonresident students studying under contracts with payment of tuition fees. Part-time students are settled in the dormitory during the session, on a space-available basis.
Rooms are allocated according to the date of application for a place in the dormitory based on Order for Admission to the first year of study.
Check-in for the first-year students starts on August 29, 2023.

Every student accommodated at the RosNOU dormitory receives a single Dorm Pass to enter the University and the dormitory.

To issue a certificate of registration by place of residence, it is necessary to provide the following documents to office 300:
The rooms are equipped with all necessary furniture: beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, and refrigerator. Students can bring irons, hairdryers and other equipment. Students can install additional cabinets, shelves, and carpets only with the approval by the administrator.
Visitors are allowed in the rooms from 16:00 to 21:30 on weekdays and from 12:00 to 21:30 on weekends. Access is available only with an identity document. All unauthorized persons must leave the dormitory at 22:00.
If the equipment installed by the dormitory breaks down, it is necessary to submit an application to the administrator for free repairs.
The dormitory has a cafeteria. Opening hours are from 10:00 to 19:00.
Shared kitchens are located on each floor.
On the ground floor of the dormitory, there is a laundry room, equipped with washing machines and dryers. The cost of one wash is 50 rubles.
