In the midst of the application period, prospective students strive to get an idea about the quality of teaching and study environment at different universities and compare various educational programs. But even universities that implement the same educational program can differ significantly one from another in terms of the education quality. In order to help prospective students navigate through the diversity of educational programs and choose the university that would meet all their wishes, the Guild of Experts in the Field of Vocational Education and the National Fund for Support of Innovations in Education have compiled a new National Aggregated Ranking by Subject.
According to the ranking’s founders, it unites 55 subject rankings in integrated groups of training areas that cover all the educational programs implemented at higher education institutions in Russia.
The National Aggregated Ranking by Subject takes into account the results of educational programs recognition by academic and professional community and employers, the results of entrance examinations, and data from bibliometrical resources. Thus, nine educational programs of the Russian New University got into the First League of the ranking in three integrated groups of training areas: 37.00.00 Psychological Science, 38.00.00 Economics and Management, and 42.00.00 Mass Media and Library and Information Science.
