All-Russian Methodological Meeting on the Training of Translators is held at RosNOU

On January 31 – February 1, 2020, the IV All-Russian methodological meeting "Structure and content of the training of translators" was held at the Russian New University (RosNOU).

The organizer was the Union of Translators of Russia.

The meeting participants discussed approaches to the procedures of professional, public and state accreditation, taking into account changes in the current legislation, the development of translation skills among students-translators, the interaction of universities and the translation industry, methodological approaches to teaching different types of translation and other topics.

In addition, discussions and a series of workshops took place in the framework of the meeting.
