On June 27, 2020, graduates of the Russian New University (RosNOU) joined the All-Russian virtual graduation ceremony.

On June 1, 2020, the student council of the Russian New University (RosNOU), together with the Department for Youth and Educational Affairs of RosNOU, announced the Person of the Year project, an annual award to the best students and teachers of the university.
