Do not be afraid of the future and do not focus on the past. Try to treat the present moment as an opportunity to test yourself, your adaptation skills. Keep a positive attitude towards what is happening, do not lose your sense of humor. A strong person will always find something to laugh at.
It is very important to find a way out of negative emotions and not to keep them in yourself. This can be yoga, exercise, relaxing breathing, video, or audio communication with friends – everyone can choose the most effective option for themselves. You can also pause at work or school: close your eyes and visualize what gives you joy – the sun, rain, meetings with friends, and so on. This will help to relax and tune in to a positive wave.
