On April 25, 2020, six first-year students in the master’s degree programme in Advertising and Public Relations successfully passed exams and received personal certificates from Yandex
It became a closing stage of the course “Digital Communications Tools”, which was taught by experts in the field of digital marketing invited by Yandex.
The transition to distance learning didn’t bother either Yandex specialists or our undergraduates. Our students studied online, studied enthusiastically and successfully passed the professional test from Yandex. This is more than just passing the exams. This is a professional achievement that can be demonstrated to employers. I am very proud of our students and congratulate them on their success!

The course was good, it was conducted by practitioners. They gave us not just theoretical knowledge, but examples supported by advice, which is especially valuable. It is nice that specialists are ready to share their knowledge with students and do not spare their time for this.
Experts talked about the basic use of tools, the principles of creating effective advertising, and how to find an employer. Everything was clear, the experts spoke with us in one language. Often they stayed with us for much longer than planned, and some classes lasted an hour or more, and after their official completion our teachers from Yandex wanted to tell us everything, and it was very interesting to listen to them.
The whole course is a basic course, which gives an idea of the tools of modern advertising and provides an opportunity to choose the direction in which you want to develop.
