On 9 February 2022, the Aggregator of Independent Higher Education Evaluation best-edu.ru published the Global Aggregated Ranking that included 3,382 world universities.
To get into the Global Aggregated Ranking, a university needs to be in at least 13 international ranking systems — 12 global institutional rankings and the European Database of External Quality Assurance DEQAR.
In 2022, the conditions for inclusion into the Global Aggregated Ranking are met by 128 Russian universities — 125 state and three private ones: Innopolis University, the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology «Skoltech», and Russian New University (RosNOU).
