RosNOU takes third place in Moscow demand for personnel management graduates

The Russian Internet recruitment company HeadHunter (hh.ru) published a rating of faculties of Moscow universities.

On June 23, 2021, the Russian Internet recruitment company HeadHunter (hh.ru) published a rating (link in Russian) of faculties of Moscow universities in nine professional fields.

Their graduates are in great demand in the labor market.

Experts of hh.ru/students analyzed 1,100 resumes of graduates of Moscow universities and 20,000 vacancies in Moscow in order to find out "for vacancies with what salary and how often recent graduates are invited to talk, as well as how the profile of their resume corresponds to the received specialty".

According to the results of the study, the "best faculties and universities of Moscow 2020-2021" were identified in nine professional fields. The institutes of the Russian New University are among the best in four areas:

Personnel management - 3rd place (RosNOU Institute of Business Technologies) and 18th place (RosNOU Institute of Economics, Management and Finance) among the 41 best universities in Moscow in this professional field;
Economics and Finance - 18th place (RosNOU Institute of Economics, Management and Finance) among 44 universities;
Jurisprudence - 23rd place (RosNOU Law Institute) among 32 universities;
Tourism and hospitality - 9th place ("Tourism" direction of training of the RosNOU Institute of Business Technologies) among the 10 best universities in Moscow in this professional field.

— There are usually several components of success. For 30 years, RosNOU has earned a reputation as a stable university, which preserves the traditions of classical education and applies innovative technologies.

The Institute of Psychology and Pedagogics has always taken the position of "moving forward", being a reference point for the world and domestic trends in psychology and pedagogy. As an example, I can name the "Management Psychology, Consulting and Coaching" direction of training, which is being implemented for more than 5 years. Great attention is paid to both theoretical and practical training of future specialists: the content of educational programs, professional competencies developed jointly with employers, material and technical support, practical professionals are involved in teaching.

Our graduates have all the necessary competencies and, most importantly, they can apply them in practice and are therefore in demand in various areas of personnel management, recruitment agencies and recruitment companies.
